Focus >> Your Production

Simplify, structure and support the most relevant areas of your company

1

Ensure that your ERP is aligned with your structure

Your production requirements and your stock and order management are managed in ERP centrally and globally, and this is how it should be done. If it's not being done that way, it should be! This is the starting point and this setup is important to do well.

2

In your ERP, centrally configure all relevant setup to efficiently manage production.

Machines, work center, workers, products, structures, quality controls, etc.

3

Install the Shop floor control application on your tablets and connect it to your ERP

Easy and straightforward. The applications are now connected.

And in terms of Worflow?

STEP 1

The production manager plans the orders that will be executed, at a given line / workstation

STEP 2

The shift manager for production can from his shop floor application activate the manufacturing orders to be executed or move priorities according to unforeseen events that may occur.

STEP 3

Operators in production, log into the shop floor application from their tablets that are placed at their workplaces and are able to view for their workstation the orders they have planned for execution.

STEP 4

From there the operators indicate that they are going to start working on a given production and trigger a whole set of information that they can see or provide. Such as?

1 Check that you have enough stock on line to work with. If yes, great, if no, they can ask logistics or transfer stock themselves
2 Check cleaning instructions before starting productions
3 Report consumptions
4 Report productions
5 Perform quality controls
6 Reporting incidences and nonconformities

STEP 5

At the end, the operators report the products produced, and can generate pallets for storing them.

STEP 6

And logistics will be able to arrange the products produced, simply by moving the pallets or boxes to their final destinations.

STEP 7

What is done on the factory floor through the application, is monitored in real time through the ERP in which it is possible to see, in a centralized way, the progress of what was planned!

STEP 8

Does it have to be more complicated?it might! And this solution has this and more! But overall, things are as simple as this: plan, execute, report what has been done (in terms of products, but also in terms of quality) and follow up by sending products to logistics to be able to put them away! With this information, there is a whole set of information that can be generated and extrapolated, such as typical problems, deviations, efficiency, etc.

And remember, we can only measure what we register!
